The initial stage saw the development of a 1:1 scale model, providing a tangible blueprint to refine the final product. The seat plate was then carved from hexahedral styrofoam, serving as a base for a plaster mold which informed the FRP structure. This was complemented by a matte urethane finish, marrying durability with aesthetics.
