The Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ guest house is located at Lê Thạch street, between the Former Residential Palace of the Tonkin Governor (currently called Government guest house) and the Hanoi post office.
The five-story concrete building bears impression of architect Diêu Công Tuấn: neat shapes, simple details…but also is unique, unlike any other of his works.
