Cadencia Chair is a minimalist chair designed by Spain-based studio Laboratorio. Creation delves deep into the realm of human-object interactions. While it’s an ambitious claim that objects can “feel,” the Cadencia Chair seemingly responds to its user in a tangible way.
A chair that offers an engaging motion when one rises from it – a subtle nod to the interplay between the user and the object. Each Cadencia Chair is not just a piece of furniture but a work of art.

Drawing inspiration from the sleek design of wrought iron chairs from the 1970s, the Cadencia is a testament to restraint and refinement. Designed in two simple sections, the chair eschews excess and decoration, embodying the principles of material minimalism. Produced in limited runs of 10 units, every chair boasts a distinct finish.
Crafted from sturdy 10mm steel rod, the inaugural series showcases a meticulous hand-polished exterior complemented by a clear gloss varnish. This finishing touch produces a satin sheen, ensuring that each piece stands out in its uniqueness.
