H3D7 Apartment is located on the third floor in a quiet residential area. The floor height of the building is horizontal with the canopy to create a green landscape – like a garden surrounding the living space.
This house is both a living place and a space that can focus on the needs of working from home. The apartment needs to ensure privacy for members while still having a common living space, especially for the youngest member who is in the age of forming his own world right inside the house.

Three connected kitchen – dining – living areas are the daily meeting place of family members. The common living area is zoned with wooden flooring, the remaining floor areas are machined using a special type of bonding flooring that connects all the space. In this layout, the family can communicate with each other in many ways at many times of the day.
The design orientation of the project does not focus on decorative, it’s purely a story of function, simplicity and efficiency while ensuring the cozy feeling of all members.

This is the private space of the youngest member in the family. Although it is a 1-person room, it is arranged with a bunk bed with the upper floor used for sleeping and the lower floor acting as a miniature “base” where the boy is free to lay out activities as he pleases. The slanted ceiling was created to direct the view to the green window, so that his room felt more spacious.
A room is zoned into two functions: a bedroom (or also a place to watch movies at home) and an online workspace. Places to rest and work are separated by sliding doors, each space is arranged to enjoy the green views outside the window. These two areas are both linked and separate, changing options as required.

According to the living habits of family members, all storage functions (clothes, stuff, etc.) will be integrated into a room so that they can make the most of the area in their personal space.
