Casa Alferez - Notesbook

Casa Alferez là dự án nhà nghỉ dưỡng do Ludwig Godefroy thực hiện, dựa trên ý tưởng về một nơi trú ẩn an toàn và lãng mạn trong rừng. Công trình có tầng trệt khá kín đáo, các cửa sổ được đặt trên cao hơn mở tầm nhìn ra bầu trời và cây thông xung quanh.

Tôi muốn ngôi nhà giống như một khối lập phương ‘đậu’ trên mặt đất, nằm giữa những tán cây.

Công trình có quy mô tương đối nhỏ gọn thể hiện sự tương phản với cảnh quan tự nhiên vốn có. Tầng thượng là khu vực thích hợp với buổi sáng còn tầng trệt lại dành cho buổi chiều. Các không gian bên trong được sắp xếp xen kẽ để có nhiều khoảng thông tầng với chiều cao gấp đôi, nhờ đó ánh sáng có thể đi vào từ những những ô cửa sổ cao và giếng trời trên trần nhà.

Casa Alferez is a project, realised by Ludwig Godefroy, responding to the idea of a cabin in the wood and its romantic feeling of a protective shelter in the middle of the forest. The ground floor is almost blind, meanwhile the windows are placed on a very high level where you cannot reach them from the outside, opening views toward the sky and the pine trees on the inside.

I want the house to look like a cube which would have crashed on the floor, among the trees.

The structural project has a very compact footprint expressing a contradiction of a cabin suspended on top of the natural topography of its land. The rooftop is the morning area, whilst the natural ground floor is for the afternoon. The configuration of the house has been developed in half levels organised around a double height with light entering everywhere from the top, through those very high windows and skylights in the ceiling.
