Mantle - Notesbook

Với ý tưởng “biến mỗi bàn ăn trở thành một sân khấu thu nhỏ”, thương hiệu chiếu sáng Tala của Anh đã thiết kế lên chiếc đèn Mantle nhằm mô phỏng lại hình ảnh của ánh nến được bày biện trên bàn ăn.

Chân đèn được làm từ thép không gỉ sơn tĩnh điện và có hiệu ứng lốm đốm được vẽ bằng tay với ba màu: Granite black, Stone white and Cobalt blue. Một đầu của thép được ép phẳng để tạo thành tay cầm giúp chiếc đèn linh động đặt được ở nhiều nơi, đồng thời, cũng tạo ra một đường nứt tinh tế giúp che giấu cổng sạc USB-C và nút điều chỉnh độ sáng. Bên cạnh đó, Tala đã lựa chọn chiếc bóng đèn hình phễu để ánh sáng có thể chiếu đều lên mặt bàn.

Bóng đèn, pin hay mạch điện bên trong đều có thể dễ dàng thay thế nếu cần. Mantle chính là một điểm nhấn sáng tạo và thu hút trên chiếc bàn ăn.

With a distinctive shape and speckled finish that recalls both enamelware and stone, the Mantle lamp by Tala is designed to bring character to dining tables. The British lighting brand created Mantle to mimic the look of candlelight in dining environments, with a funnel-shaped bulb connected to a tapered base to cast light evenly onto the tabletop.

The lamp’s base is made from powder-coated stainless steel and has a hand-applied speckle effect available in three colours – Granite black, Stone white and Cobalt blue. The steel is pressed flat to form a handle on one end, making the lamp easier to move from place to place while also creating a subtle crevice that hides the USB-C charging port and dimmer button.

Mantle is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use thanks to its battery power source and portable size. All components – including the bulb, battery and internal circuitry – are easily replaceable if required. Tala says the slender lamp is perfect for “making every table a stage” and facilitating easy conversation.
